Use Incident Logs to keep track of any accidents, equipment damages, or lost materials during your work day. Image and document attachment in Incident Logs increase the detail to Supervisors or Administrators. Track the Employees or Groups involved along with any notes that describe the Incident Type.
The default Foreman Log Entry fields:
