Review Timesheet Overview
Review Timesheet allows you to sign off that your timesheet is accurate. Or, if you disagree, you can record comments about items you might like corrected.
The basic steps are:
- Log into Pacific Timesheet to review your timesheet using a browser, e.g. on a desktop or laptop computer, or the Pacific Time app on an iPhone or Android phone.
- After logging in, navigate to your Timesheet.
- Your timesheet will be read-only with an Accept or Report Problem dialog which says:
"Please review your time entries below. If everything looks correct then click 'Accept', or 'Report Problem' to let management know there is an issue with the timesheet."
Pacific Time App Interface
To use Pacific Time, go to the App Store or Google Play, download and install the app onto your phone.

After logging into Pacific Time, navigate to the Timesheet tab where you will see this page.
Employee Accepts Timesheet Workflow
After clicking "Accept" the employee will see a confirmation dialog that says: "I have reviewed this timesheet and verify that it is correct." Tap this radio button. Confirms the message by clicking "Okay."
You'll return to your timesheet now marked with "Employee Review - Accepted" with the description "Timesheet received and accepted by John Employee on [time/date]."
Report Problem with Your Timesheet
To report a problem, tap the radio button "There is a problem with my timesheet," then Okay. The page will then show a text area for you to describe your problem. Enter and confirm your description by clicking "Okay."
You'll return to your timesheet now marked with "Employee Review - Problem Reported" showing a description with reviewed by and the date/time information.
Desktop Browser Interface
After logging into Pacific Timesheet, navigate to the My Timesheet tab where you will see this page.
Accepting Your Timesheet
Review your timesheet. To accept it, click "Accept." You'll see a confirmation dialog that says: "I have reviewed this timesheet and verify that it is correct." Confirms this message by clicking "Okay."
You will be returned to your timesheet now marked with "Employee Review - Accepted" with the description "Timesheet received and accepted by John Employee on [time/date]."
Your managers will now see that you've accepted your timesheet.
Report Problem with Your Timesheet
After clicking "Report Problem," you will see a dialog that says: "Please enter a description of the problem." The employee enters and confirms their description by clicking "Okay." Enter the problem you want to report and click Okay.
You will return to your timesheet now marked with "Employee Review - Problem Reported" and the description below with reviewed by and the date/time information.
Your managers will now see your timesheet with Employee Review - Problem Reported with a "thumbs down" icon in the system.
