BambooHR's built-in leave request report has the following format:

Pacific Timesheet will read data fields as follows:
Name
Last Name, First Name, or
Full Name (First Name Last Name)
From
Date in the date format of the user (e.g. dd/mm/yyyy, mm/dd/yyyy, etc.)
To
Date in the date format of the user (e.g. dd/mm/yyyy, mm/dd/yyyy, etc.)
Type
The name of the leave pay code, e.g. PTO, Vacation, Sick, etc.
Amount
Can be an hours value + "hours." Can also be an hours value. Pacific Timesheet will read in the value as an hours value.
Status
Can be any status: Requested, Approved, Rejected. Pacific Timesheet will read status into the appropriate status bucket: Approved, Rejected, Submitted.
Additional Notes:
Pacific Timesheet will automatically interpolate leave request data as follows:
- Leave requests with Requested status will be recorded as Submitted in Pacific Timesheet.
- Leave requests with Approved status, but no information on the Approver will be recorded so the approver name is the administrator manually importing the leave request data. When the system is auto-importing leave request data, the system will record Approver as "unknown."
- When a leave request is imported and created in Pacific Timesheet, subsequent imports with the same exact data will be ignored. '
- When this same leave request is imported with updated data, e.g. Status changes from Requested to Approved, the system will update this leave request changing its status from Requested to Approved.
- The same will be happen for changing status from Approved to Rejected.
