As a system administrator, log into Pacific Timesheet to complete the following tests:
- Navigate to System > Data Integration > Time Clock Device Support
- View the Devices summary page
- This page will show the Device Status of each time clock in real time
- You can click on the device name to display the device setup page and synchronization log
- By clicking on Edit you will see the Test Connection button
- After clicking the Test Connection button you will receive 1) Connection test completed. Device Status: Ready or 2) Connection test completed. Device Status: Not Ready.
- If the time clock's connection goes back and forth between Ready and Not Ready, check and troubleshoot your internal network connections for any issues to that time clock's network location.
