The Pacific Timesheet Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for you and your team. The Help Center is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community. You can search for knowledge base articles and tech notes to learn how to complete a task or answer any question. Or search the community knowledge base for previously posted questions and answers, or ask Pacific Timesheet and other fellow users new questions. If you can't find an answer, you can always submit a support request.
You can always chat with our support team whenever your have questions by clicking on the Chat button on the bottom right of any site page. If we are offline or unavailable, you can log your question with your contact information and our support team will get back to you with answers.
Our community has notes and helpful tips from some of our most experienced and technically capable customers, as well as Pacific Timesheet technical support, technical services, and product managers. Community members also have the option to follow any content, staying up to date by getting notices when there are additional posts or comments on articles or content sections of special interest.
