You can set the data retained on Pacific Timesheet mobile apps centrally on the system options page. Options are set in number of days that entered data will be stored on the mobile device.
To setup this control:
- Navigate to System>System Settings.
- Click on Mobile App: Options
- Next to Data Retention: enter the number of days (between 7 - 31) to retain data on mobile devices.
Note that any changes to these settings will be automatically picked up by the mobile Crew Timesheet app or Individual Time or Expense app the next time it connects and downloads the latest list of active projects, etc. Plan on this happening for users at the start of each day when a network connection is available to the mobile device.
